“This is my revolution of self, my freedom, a spectrum of emotions and experience that I want to express”

She is urban pop-punk. She is counter-culture and she is completely independent. For Kaye Morales, it is the independent spirit, the way of life that inspires millions across the world to live on their own terms, which inspires her. It’s the vision and sense of self that energizes the fabric of her designs.

It’s this very sense of self that has served as the creative backbone of her latest collection, Identity: a street-wear collection designed for everyone inside and outside the gender binary.
The collection is defined by the times and is marked by the aesthetic needs of today’s working youth. Denim, tulles, nets and sequins mark the tone of the collection and are highlighted by touches of rainbow, unicorn, lightning bolts, and patches.
Young, dangerous, and totally androgynous, Identity dares people to be themselves.

For almost a decade, Kaye Morales has proven herself to be among the elite of Manila’s youngest and hottest designers. Her collections were featured in various fashion shows such as Vancouver Fashion Week 2013, LA Style Fashion Week 2014, Philippine Fashion Week Fall/Winter 2015, and Philippine Fashion Week Fall/Winter 2016.

After taking up units in production and interior design at De La Salle – College of Saint Benilde, a degree in fashion design and marketing from the School of Fashion and the Arts (SoFA), Morales continued her short courses on bag making, and experimental jewelry at Central Saint Martins – University of the Arts London; and a short course on brand management at London College of Fashion.

The playful colours of Kaye Morales’ street-wear collection are a testament to her high-spirited personality. Her collections are designed to invoke a relaxed sense of high-style that allows you to be everything you want to be.
